Welcome to the SomethingBaby Return & Exchanges policy page! We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. Here are the details of our policy:

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. This includes personalized products and products that have been washed and/or damaged.
To start a return, please contact us at infosomethingbaby@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to send your package. You have 3 days to send back your purchase once you receive the return authorization. 
The shipper is responsible for returning cost/fees.

We offer a 6 month product warranty. If something happens to your product within that time period, we will take responsibility for it.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including PERSONALIZED and FINAL SALE items (final sale items will be specified at the item description). Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
